Breathe Easy is custom designed to provide bright, airy, spacious accommodations with environmentally sensitive design details.

The house has a passive solar design which helps keep the house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Radiant floor heating provides a steady non-allergenic warmth in the winter, with five thermostat zones to allow for different needs in different parts of the house.

The 140 acres encompass many habitats ... forest (pine, spruce, cedar, maple, ash, tamarack, and much more); wetland, riverside, and field. As a result, we provide shelter for many birds and a variety of wildlife (deer, fox, porcupines, racoons, rabbits and coyotes).
