The cottage has a full complement of appliances, utensils, kitchenware, toys and games, and utilities available for your use. You do not need to bring anything except your personal items and the things you plan to use up while here.

The water we provide is very good, probably better than any bottled water you buy. We provide you with three choices: well water (which is from the gooseneck tap beside the kitchen sink and perfectly safe and clean; softened water from all other indoor taps, which is fine to drink but contains a little salt from the softener; and Reverse Osmosis filtered water, the purest of all, from the tap to the left of the laundry tub sink.
If you still prefer to buy water, we suggest one or five-gallon jugs of RO water available at larger grocery stores rather than smaller plastic bottles which cannot be recycled and usually have more unwanted chemicals in them.
We have 8 bedrooms with doors, and one of these is a very large room that is set up with 8 singles (twin size). Two singles can be combined to make a king here as well. The singles can be moved to where wanted in the house. We can sleep 25 in beds or more if including sofabeds, and this does not include couches, etc. The library and office could also be converted to sleeping spaces if necessary. There is also a single bed on the screened porch.

All singles are twin size. All beds are made up with fresh linens and extra bedding is stored by the bathroom downstairs. Please remember to put all furniture back where it came from.
We try to make it easy for you to plan your wedding at Breathe Easy. We want you to relax and enjoy the occasion. Please ask us for our special information package so that you know what we have to offer. It consists of lists of resources (eg banquet tables and cloths, décor items, etc), recommendations for service providers (officiants, caterers, florists, tent and wedding equipment rentals, etc).
